  • AI Quote Chat: Name, email address, company name (optional), conversation content processed by AI (Claude by Anthropic).
  • Payment: Payment is processed by Stripe. We receive your email and payment confirmation but never see your card details.
  • Analytics: We use privacy-first analytics (Plausible/Vercel Analytics) that do not use cookies or track individuals.

3. How We Use Your Data

  • To respond to your inquiries and provide project quotes.
  • To process AI-powered conversations for project scoping (data is sent to Anthropic's API for processing).
  • To process payments via Stripe.
  • To send transactional emails (quote confirmations, briefs) via Resend.
  • To improve our services through anonymized, aggregated analytics.

4. Data Storage & Retention

Your data is stored in Supabase (EU region) and retained for the duration of our business relationship. Conversation data is retained for 12 months, after which it is automatically deleted. You may request deletion at any time.

5. Third-Party Processors

  • Anthropic (Claude AI): Conversation processing for project scoping.
  • Stripe: Payment processing.
  • Supabase: Database hosting (EU region).
  • Resend: Transactional email delivery.
  • Vercel: Website hosting and analytics.
